MFT at Boston Tea Party

MFT – Music For the Trees is a charity fundraiser set up by The Cherry Stone Duo which raises money and awareness for WWF a charity set out to preserve the natural world and fight against climate change.

Join us at Boston Tea Party for some brunch, some music and help protect our planet! We will also be joined by the wonderful Eastside Saxophone Quartet.

Lincoln Minster School with Chris Roberts – Guitarist


The Drama and Music departments of LMS Senior school are excited to confirm that on Friday, 8th, November we will welcome ex-Head Pupil Will Crawford back to the school for a very special event. The evening will also feature the talents of Chris Roberts, a freelance guitarist who is currently touring the UK with the launch of his official debut album, Adra, which takes the ancient bardic music of Wales as a foundation, placing it alongside Welsh folk song, West African music, and contemporary classical composition. The event will take place on Friday 8th November from 7 – 9 pm in the LMS Drama Studio, which will provide an intimate and atmospheric setting. 50% of ticket proceeds will go to Chimbota Secondary School in Malawi. Look out for more information on this exciting new initiative for LMS!

MFT presents A Classical Christmas


Music For the Trees (MFT) is a fundraising concert series where all profits raised go towards reforestation programmes around the world. MFT has hosted five concerts around Birmingham over the past three months; this is our final concert of the winter series at RBC showcasing some of its top classical solo and chamber groups.
